Innocent Smoothies "Big Recipe Felicity"

We did all the post production to two Innocent Smoothie commercials reflecting the honesty and simplicity of the brand. Filmed in a green screen studio to create the rolling hills, shooting the stop-frame stills on a Canon 5D. Working with Dan Germain and Richard Reed from Innocent was a pleasure, as was designing the sound for the ad - most of which came out of our sound designer’s mouth.
McDonald's - "Little Tasters"

Working with Blac Ionica and top creatives from Leo Burnett, we created a kinetic typographic journey for the new Little Tasters Menu at McDonald's. The TVC was made with a heartfelt and respectful nod to Saul Bass.

Everyone’s favourite after-dinner board game comes to life in the mad world of Trivial Pursuit.
With a colour palette that reflects the 6 playing wedges, the TVC was designed to be sympathetic to the game box imagery and to pay homage to the retro nature of the family game. Penny Royal provided all the charming Animation, Sound Design and additional Post Production.
KFC Krush'ems - "Social Netloving"

This funny, upbeat romp through a modern day teenage crush formed a delightful commercial for food goliath KFC.
Played out through a social networking sight, the viewer discovers all the gossip about Becky's first love.

Penny Royal have watched jeggings come and go whilst working closely with Next over the last few years to create regular TV commercials promoting the brand's big seasonal sales and in-store offers.
Carling Festival Postcards

These cheeky little number was done with Done & Dusted for Channel 4. It has a vague nod to Monty Python style graphics but with more energy. We animated the whole piece using photographs (photomontage) to create a surreal and textural openning sequence to the show.

This dynamic and fast paced animation was commisioned by Calling Brands to launch the now very successfull Ski Reublic. Its a run through (rather than a walk through) of how easy it is to use the fantastic ski hire service. We Animated the whole film along with writing the music.

Penny Royal created all the animation on these TV idents for Sky Italia with our good friends Devilfish.
For those of you who don't speak Italian they are age ratings for upcoming films with additional jokes. We also did the sound design even recreating a tie fighter noise from scratch.

We Produced this textural Graphics Package for MTV's celebrity driven reality TV show; 'MTV P.O.V.'. The overall design and inspiration for the graphics are drawn from camera diagrams and 70's pulp espoinage films.

We've been working on something really special with Scottish artist Spaceboy as part of Make Art on the Street.
As part of Red Stripe's initiative, Spaceboy pasted his illustrations on the Newhaven Harbour shutters in Edinburgh, capturing and recording each one.
